To be able to pay on the festival site, simply load credit onto your festival wristband in advance. When you arrive, you will receive the loaded credit directly on your wristband. With the small RFID chip on your wristband, you can then pay conveniently by simply holding it up to the RFID reader. The amount is debited directly from your credit. If your credit is not sufficient, you can top up your credit at any time at the designated top-up stations on the festival site.

There are several top-up stations on the premises where you can top up your credit conveniently by EC card, credit card or cash for a fee of €1.00. It is not possible to top up your credit at the sales stands themselves. So make sure that you have enough credit in your account before you pay with the belt. If you have any questions or problems topping up your wristband, please ask our staff on site!
Paying with the festival wristband is not only faster and more hygienic, but also safer! It also makes it easier for caterers to settle accounts and helps to shorten queues.
In both cases: No, the credit cannot be transferred to another account or festival band. However, the remaining credit will of course be refunded. It is also not possible to split the invoice or make partial payments.
No, the credit is not automatically transferred to new wristbands, as you receive a separate wristband for each day. However, you can continue to use the old wristband to pay - even the next day. Alternatively, you can top up the new wristband and have the remaining credit from the old one refunded conveniently online and free of charge.
If you have already registered, everything is very simple: go to the nearest information stand with your ID and ticket purchase confirmation. Your wristband will be deactivated there and you will receive a new one.
If you have not yet registered, also take your ID and ticket purchase confirmation to the information stand.
If another person has purchased the ticket for you, this person must also appear at the information stand with their ID. In this case, you will receive a new wristband. Please note that without registration the remaining credit will unfortunately be lost.
As with the purchase of festival tickets, we need: First name, last name and your e-mail address.
You can book the remaining credit back online from 07.07.2025 via your registered account in the event portal. You will need your chip number for this, so keep it safe until you have received the refund.
Please note: The payout is only possible online!
The minimum amount is €10 and the maximum is €500.
If you have registered, you can view your account balance at any time and see the receipt for each payment transaction in the event portal or at the terminals on site.
The RFID chip does not record how you move around the site. The data collected will only be anonymized and evaluated as a whole (not on an individual level) in order to optimize next year's gastronomic offerings, for example.
