Josefine Jegal - with heart, hand and stove
I am Fine, I love good food and enjoy bringing everyone together. I was born and grew up in Freiburg. After studying economics in Berlin, I trained as a chef at the Schwarzer Adler in Kaiserstuhl.
This was followed by years of traveling from California to the Rheingau, where I was able to gather a lot of cooking know-how. 2010 my own restaurant CHEzFINE in the city center of Freiburg. In 2014, the best ingredient of my life: my son Henri.
Since then, I have had a great desire to combine my passion as a mother and as a chef. A little variety, a pinch of fun, a pinch of love, everything seasoned, et voilá: my new recipe for success “Avec Fine”.
