HAIVE are a dark pop project from Mannheim that impresses with its very own sound between delicate melancholy and intense energy. At the center is Eva Betzinger's versatile voice, which moves effortlessly between vulnerability and strength - carried by deep basses, electronic sound design and driving mid-tempo beats. After the debut single “Vultures”, HAIVE's follow-up “River” once again demonstrates a fine sense of mood, depth and sonic tension. Together with Oliver Schabka (keys) and Jordi Doben Moliner (drums), they have created a sound that deliberately moves away from the usual genres. As winners of the Talent Contest 2025, HAIVE bring a breath of fresh air to the line-up - and certainly a performance that will be remembered.
