Snow Patrol, originally known as Polarbear, have worked their way up from their small beginnings to worldwide success. With their breakthrough in 2004 and the album ‘Final Straw’, they reached number 3 in the British charts. In 2006 they hit the top of the charts again with their album ‘Eyes Open’ (2006) and produced the worldwide classic ‘Chasing Cars’, which spent an incredible 166 weeks in the UK Top 100 and also reached the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 in the USA.
